Any date requested, if available, will be reserved for 7 days, by which time either a deposit of £100.00 or full payment must be received. Please do not send cash. Cancellation up to 28 days prior to the event will be refunded less the £100.00 deposit. Full payment must be made no later than 28 days before the event or the booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. The champagne fountains are dry hire only. A suitable 240vac power supply & level ground must be provided. DCF Hire cannot be held responsible for insects or foreign objects in the fountain once started. Dips other than supplied by DCF Hire can only be used at the operators discretion, failure to comply may result in the fountain being turned off & the hire being ended. Loss of power for any reason will end the hire. At least 1hr will be required for setting up & 1hr for clearing away, the hirer is responsible for any venue rental. Abuse either verbal or physical will terminate the hire. The operators can shorten or extend the hire at their discretion. Photographs taken of the fountain remain the property of DCF Hire and may be used in advertising. Fingers, hands or heads must NOT be put in the chocolate (even by Dawn French) the hire will be terminated immediately if this happens. Foreign objects or liquids deliberately placed in the fountain will also terminate the hire. By hiring the fountain you are agreeing to the conditions as set out.
